March Pre-Season Tune Up

Youth and High School Girls (5-12th Grade)

Format:  
Hone your stick skills, gain confidence and play better under pressure!  
Pre-season sessions will offer:  small game instruction, one-to-one defense, shooting to score, feeding, off-ball movement, double teams, offensive ball movement, winning draw control, versatility in dodging, stick protection, and will help you capitalize on your skills to become the more “complete player”. Format designed for maximum ball touches for each player!
